Mr. Allen joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as a Partner.
Mr. Allen serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Fora Financial, Quirch Foods and Spice World and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Second Nature Brands and Del Real.
Previously, Mr. Allen worked at Arlon Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm in middle-market food and agriculture businesses.
Prior to Arlon, he was an investment professional at GenNx360 Capital Partners and Windjammer Capital Investors, where he sourced, led and structured investments in a range of industries, including food, specialty distribution, industrials and business services.
Mr. Allen began his career as a consultant at Bain and Company.
Mr. Allen graduated from the dual-degree engineering program at Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology with B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, respectively, and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Artigiani joined Palladium in 2021.
She was previously an Executive Assistant at Mercury Capital Advisors and an Executive Assistant at Merrill Lynch in the Private Equity Funds Group, where she supported several Managing Directors, Partners and other senior professionals.
Prior to her professional experience in the securities industry, Ms. Artigiani held administrative roles at media, graphics/printing, and financial staffing and recruitment firms.

Mr. Barbieri joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as General Counsel and CCO.
Previously, he served as Senior Counsel with the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to that, Mr. Barbieri served as an associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Barbieri received a B.A. from S.U.N.Y Binghamton summa cum laude, and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law summa cum laude, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.

Mr. Bronner joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as Managing Director of Fundraising and Investor Relations.
He has more than 20 years of experience as a private equity fundraising and investor relations professional, most recently as the Global Head of Fundraising and Investors Relations at The Riverside Company. He also previously served as a Managing Director in Merrill Lynch’s Private Funds Group and was a founding Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Bronner worked as an investment banker at Citicorp Securities and was a Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen.
He holds a B.S. from Lehigh University, an M.B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. and M.S.T. from American University.

Previously, he worked for the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Brujis serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Daniel’s Jewelers and TransForce and has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Cannella Media, Del Real, Pronto Insurance, Raben Tire, Teasdale and Celeritas.
Mr. Brujis serves on the Board of Directors of New America Alliance. He earned an M.S. in Finance, Economics & Cost Engineering and a B.S. in Operations Research (magna cum laude) at The George Washington University.

Previously, she served as the Marketing/Corporate Access Coordinator at Wunderlich Securities Inc. for seven years.
Prior to that, Ms. Bushey worked in the Institutional Equity Sales & Trading departments at both Kaufman Bros. L.P. and Brean Murray, Carret & Co.

Previously he was a Vice President at Windjammer Capital Investors, where he sourced, analyzed and structured investments in a range of industries, including industrial, specialty distribution, food, aerospace and defense, and business services. Before joining Windjammer, Mr. Clark was an Associate at Genstar Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity investment firm.
Prior to Genstar, Mr. Clark was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Aerospace and Transportation group at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.
Mr. Clark received his B.A. from Middlebury College, where he double majored in political science and economics, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ms. Gallegos joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Managing Director, Co-Head of Sustainability. She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Health Connect America, Kymera and Spice World.
Ms. Gallegos has more than 25 years of experience in public fund administration, portfolio management, and plan sponsor consulting.
Ms. Gallegos previously managed the $6.5 billion general account for CSAA Insurance Group, an AAA insurer. She was the Director of Manager Research for Strategic Investment Solutions (now Verus Investments), where she was responsible for the overall direction and supervision of SIS’s manager research effort. Ms. Gallegos served as the Chief Investment Officer for the $100 billion New York City Employee Retirement System and the Deputy State Investment Officer for the New Mexico State Investment Council.
Ms. Gallegos earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and her M.B.A. from the University of California Haas School of Business, where she was a Robert Toigo Foundation Fellow.
She holds the CTP and FPAC certifications and is an Executive Member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare Group and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Barclays.
Mr. Fernandez graduated cum laude from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Finneran joined Palladium in 2021 and currently serves as a Vice President.
Previously, he served as an interim Chief Financial Officer for Freedom Electronics and RuffleButts, two portfolio companies of his prior private equity firm, Summit Park. While at Summit Park, he was an Associate focused on investment opportunities in the light manufacturing, business services, and value-added distribution sectors.
He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Fidus Partners, where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the industrials, business services, and healthcare sectors.
Mr. Finneran graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accounting.

Ms. Fullalove began her career at Lincoln International, a middle-market investment bank.
Ms. Fullalove graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics. She earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.

Previously, he was a Senior Associate at ABRY Partners, where he invested in opportunities in a range of industries, including business and information services, communications, and media. Before joining ABRY, Mr. Funk was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Funk graduated summa cum laude with a B.S in Economics from The George Washington University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Previously, she led North America business operations for Bridgepoint LLC, a global private equity firm. She served as a strategic partner to the European headquarters, managing all functions within human resources, finance, tax & legal and business operations.
Ms. Gardner earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.

Mr. Green joined Palladium in 2004 and serves as a Partner. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup.

Mr. Horne earned a B.A. from Morehouse College and an M.B.A. from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Ilundain joined Palladium in 2005 and serves as a Partner.
Previously, he was an Investment Manager in the private equity division of BBVA. He began his career as an investment professional in the venture capital division of BBVA.
Mr. Ilundain serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac, Del Real Foods, Envoy Global, and Health Connect America, and has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Aconcagua, Capital Contractors, Castro Cheese, GoodWest, Jordan Health Services, QMax, Taco Bueno, Teasdale and TransForce. Mr. Ilundain serves on the Board of Directors of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to Palladium, Ms. Lehman was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hilltop Private Capital, which she operated for six years as an Independent Sponsor. Before founding Hilltop, Ms. Lehman served as a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management.
She serves or has served on numerous public, private and not-for-profit boards, including the Robert Toigo Foundation.

Ms. Lyons joined Palladium at its inception in 1997 and, during her tenure with the Firm, has served as a senior member of the Finance, Operations and People Operations teams.
Ms. Lyons is currently a Partner of the Firm and advises and supports the Chief Executive Officer and the Operations team on numerous projects. Since 1989, she has worked in the private equity industry in accounting, business management and controllership roles.
Previously, she was with J.H. Whitney & Co. in their New York and Stamford, Connecticut offices and RFE Investment Partners in New Canaan, Connecticut.
