Mr. Allen joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as a Partner.

Mr. Allen serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Fora Financial, Quirch Foods and Spice World and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Second Nature Brands and Del Real.

Previously, Mr. Allen worked at Arlon Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm in middle-market food and agriculture businesses.

Prior to Arlon, he was an investment professional at GenNx360 Capital Partners and Windjammer Capital Investors, where he sourced, led and structured investments in a range of industries, including food, specialty distribution, industrials and business services.

Mr. Allen began his career as a consultant at Bain and Company.

Mr. Allen graduated from the dual-degree engineering program at Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology with B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering, respectively, and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Artigiani joined Palladium in 2021.

She was previously an Executive Assistant at Mercury Capital Advisors and an Executive Assistant at Merrill Lynch in the Private Equity Funds Group, where she supported several Managing Directors, Partners and other senior professionals.

Prior to her professional experience in the securities industry, Ms. Artigiani held administrative roles at media, graphics/printing, and financial staffing and recruitment firms.

Mr. Barbieri joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as General Counsel and CCO.

Previously, he served as Senior Counsel with the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to that, Mr. Barbieri served as an associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. He began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Mr. Barbieri received a B.A. from S.U.N.Y Binghamton summa cum laude, and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law summa cum laude, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.

Mr. Bronner joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as Managing Director of Fundraising and Investor Relations.

He has more than 20 years of experience as a private equity fundraising and investor relations professional, most recently as the Global Head of Fundraising and Investors Relations at The Riverside Company. He also previously served as a Managing Director in Merrill Lynch’s Private Funds Group and was a founding Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors.

Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Bronner worked as an investment banker at Citicorp Securities and was a Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen.

He holds a B.S. from Lehigh University, an M.B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. and M.S.T. from American University.

Mr. Brujis joined Palladium in 2007 and serves as a Partner.

Previously, he worked for the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Brujis serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Daniel’s Jewelers and TransForce and has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Cannella Media, Del Real, Pronto Insurance, Raben Tire, Teasdale and Celeritas.

Mr. Brujis serves on the Board of Directors of New America Alliance. He earned an M.S. in Finance, Economics & Cost Engineering and a B.S. in Operations Research (magna cum laude) at The George Washington University.

Ms. Bushey joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as Office Operations Manager.

Previously, she served as the Marketing/Corporate Access Coordinator at Wunderlich Securities Inc. for seven years.

Prior to that, Ms. Bushey worked in the Institutional Equity Sales & Trading departments at both Kaufman Bros. L.P. and Brean Murray, Carret & Co.

Ms. Bushey graduated from Manhattanville College with a B.A. in Finance-Economics.

Ms. Camejo joined Palladium in 2022.

Previously, she worked as a Global Crisis and Issue Management Assistant Manager for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and as a Project Manager supporting drink innovation and machine development at Lavazza Professional.

Ms. Camejo graduated from Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in International Business.

Mr. Clark joined Palladium in 2014 and serves as a Partner.

Mr. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac, GoodWest and Trachte and has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Cannella Media, Daniel’s Jewelers, Del Real, Jordan Health Services, Paragon and Raben Tire.

Previously he was a Vice President at Windjammer Capital Investors, where he sourced, analyzed and structured investments in a range of industries, including industrial, specialty distribution, food, aerospace and defense, and business services. Before joining Windjammer, Mr. Clark was an Associate at Genstar Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity investment firm.

Prior to Genstar, Mr. Clark was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Aerospace and Transportation group at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.

Mr. Clark received his B.A. from Middlebury College, where he double majored in political science and economics, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ms. Condron joined Palladium in 2021 after completing a 6 month internship with the firm and serves as a People Operations Associate.

Ms. Condron earned a B.S. in Human Resources and International Business from Marquette University.

Ms. D’Elia joined Palladium in 2022.

She previously held administrative roles at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Ms. D’Elia graduated from Grace Business School.

Ms. Dalton joined Palladium in 2000 and serves as Principal and Controller.

Previously, she worked as a Senior Accountant at Chase Global Investors Services, and prior to that she worked at Morgan Stanley Trust Company as an accounting associate.

Ms. Dalton earned a B.S. in accounting from Binghamton University School of Management.

Ms. Dean joined Palladium in 2017.

She started her career working for Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and subsequently held positions at AIG, Goldman Sachs and AXA US. Ms. Dean graduated from Katharine Gibbs Business School and attended St. John’s University.

Mr. Durand joined Palladium in 2023 and serves as Investor Relations Analyst.

Previously, he worked as an Alternative Asset Management Analyst at Credit Suisse Asset Management.

Mr. Durand graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.

Ms. Gallegos joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Managing Director, Co-Head of  Sustainability.  She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Health Connect America, Kymera and Spice World.

Ms. Gallegos has more than 25 years of experience in public fund administration, portfolio management, and plan sponsor consulting.

Ms. Gallegos previously managed the $6.5 billion general account for CSAA Insurance Group, an AAA insurer. She was the Director of Manager Research for Strategic Investment Solutions (now Verus Investments), where she was responsible for the overall direction and supervision of SIS’s manager research effort. Ms. Gallegos served as the Chief Investment Officer for the $100 billion New York City Employee Retirement System and the Deputy State Investment Officer for the New Mexico State Investment Council.

Ms. Gallegos earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and her M.B.A. from the University of California Haas School of Business, where she was a Robert Toigo Foundation Fellow.

She holds the CTP and FPAC certifications and is an Executive Member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association.

Mr. Fernandez joined Palladium in 2023 and serves as an Associate.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Healthcare Group and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Barclays.

Mr. Fernandez graduated cum laude from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Finneran joined Palladium in 2021 and currently serves as a Vice President.

Previously, he served as an interim Chief Financial Officer for Freedom Electronics and RuffleButts, two portfolio companies of his prior private equity firm, Summit Park. While at Summit Park, he was an Associate focused on investment opportunities in the light manufacturing, business services, and value-added distribution sectors.

He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Fidus Partners, where he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the industrials, business services, and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Finneran graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accounting.

Ms. Fullalove joined Palladium in 2019 and serves as a Principal. She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Fora Financial, GoodWest and Quirch Foods, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Spice World.

Previously, she worked at Arlon Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm in middle-market food and agriculture businesses. Prior to Arlon, she was Director of M&A at Anheuser-Busch InBev and was a Private Equity Associate at Chicago Growth Partners. Ms. Fullalove began her career at Lincoln International, a middle-market investment bank.

Ms. Fullalove graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics. She earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Funk joined Palladium in 2015 and serves as a Managing Director.

Mr. Funk serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies EverDriven and Envoy Global, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Second Nature Brands and Daniel’s Jewelers.

Previously, he was a Senior Associate at ABRY Partners, where he invested in opportunities in a range of industries, including business and information services, communications, and media. Before joining ABRY, Mr. Funk was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Funk graduated summa cum laude with a B.S in Economics from The George Washington University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Kathy Gardner joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as Vice President and Head of People Operations.

Previously, she led North America business operations for Bridgepoint LLC, a global private equity firm. She served as a strategic partner to the European headquarters, managing all functions within human resources, finance, tax & legal and business operations.

Ms. Gardner earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.

Mr. Green joined Palladium in 2004 and serves as a Partner. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup.

Mr. Green serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Sky Zone, Daniel’s Jewelers, Del Real Foods and Fora Financial, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies ABRA, Capital Contractors, Clarion and Herald National Bank.

He also serves on the Board at the non-profit Sarcoma Foundation of America. He earned a B.S. in Economics magna cum laude and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Guthrie joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Senior Accounting Manager.

Previously, he worked as an Accounting Manager at a high-net-worth multi-family office.

Mr. Guthrie graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Halpin joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Royal Bank of Canada and as a Business Credit Analyst at PNC Bank.

Mr. Halpin graduated with honors from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a B.B.A., with an emphasis on Finance and Accounting.

Ms. Hanlon joined Palladium in 2010 and serves as Vice President and Assistant Controller.

Previously, she worked as a Senior Audit Associate within the Real Estate group at KPMG, LLP.

Ms. Hanlon earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany School of Business and is a CPA.

Ms. Harris joined Palladium in 2014 and serves as Administrative Manager.

She previously worked at Nomura Securities and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Harris earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Pace University.

Mr. Horne joined Palladium in 2022 as Managing Director, Palladium Heritage. He focuses on deal execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Prior to Palladium, Mr. Horne was a Managing Director at PNC Mezzanine Capital, where he worked for 13 years concentrating on lower middle-market mezzanine and equity principal investments.

Mr. Horne earned a B.A. from Morehouse College and an M.B.A. from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Ilundain joined Palladium in 2005 and serves as a Partner.

Previously, he was an Investment Manager in the private equity division of BBVA. He began his career as an investment professional in the venture capital division of BBVA.

Mr. Ilundain serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac, Del Real Foods, Envoy Global, and Health Connect America, and has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Aconcagua, Capital Contractors, Castro Cheese, GoodWest, Jordan Health Services, QMax, Taco Bueno, Teasdale and TransForce. Mr. Ilundain serves on the Board of Directors of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a B.S. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra (Spain), a B.S. in Engineering from Staffordshire University (UK), a Leadership Development diploma from Harvard Business School, a Management Development Program (PDD) diploma from IESE Business School (Spain) and a Master in Finance from BBVA Escuela de Finanzas (Spain).

Mr. Kang joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as an Associate.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Jefferies.

Mr. Kang graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Psychology.

Mr. Kirschner joined Palladium in 2016 and serves as a Principal.

Previously, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Prudential Capital Group. Mr. Kirschner serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies GoodWest and Trachte, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac and Paragon.

Mr. Kirschner is a CFA and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance, Economics and Information Systems.

Ms. Lehman joined Palladium in 2022 as Partner, Palladium Heritage, after serving as a consultant to Palladium in 2021.

Prior to Palladium, Ms. Lehman was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hilltop Private Capital, which she operated for six years as an Independent Sponsor. Before founding Hilltop, Ms. Lehman served as a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management.

She serves or has served on numerous public, private and not-for-profit boards, including the Robert Toigo Foundation.

Ms. Lehman earned a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Love joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as a Senior Associate. He serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Accupac and Jordan’s Skinny Mixes.

Previously, he worked as a Senior Associate at Arlington Capital Partners, where he focused on Industrial and Healthcare investments.

Mr. Love began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Rothschild.

He graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors.

Ms. Lyons joined Palladium at its inception in 1997 and, during her tenure with the Firm, has served as a senior member of the Finance, Operations and People Operations teams.

Ms. Lyons is currently a Partner of the Firm and advises and supports the Chief Executive Officer and the Operations team on numerous projects. Since 1989, she has worked in the private equity industry in accounting, business management and controllership roles.

Previously, she was with J.H. Whitney & Co. in their New York and Stamford, Connecticut offices and RFE Investment Partners in New Canaan, Connecticut.

Ms. Lyons earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

Mr. MacDonald joined Palladium in 2022 as Principal, Palladium Heritage. He focuses on deal execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Prior to Palladium, Mr. MacDonald was a Principal at Lincolnshire Management.

He earned a B.A. from University of Richmond and an M.P.A. from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, with a concentration in Finance and Economic Policy.

Ms. McCarthy joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as a Vice President.

She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Spice World, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Sky Zone and Health Connect America.

Previously, she worked as an Analyst at Prudential Capital Group. Ms. McCarthy graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance.
