Mr. Afework joined Palladium in 2026 and serves as an Associate.

Previously, he worked as an Associate at Blue Wolf Capital Partners and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America.

Mr. Afework graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a B.S. in Commerce.

Mr. An joined Palladium in 2023 and serves as Vice President. He focuses on deal execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Previously, he was a Vice President at KCB Management, where he served on the Board of Directors of three KCB portfolio companies. Prior to KCB, he was an Associate at ShoreView Industries, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on investments in business services, value-added distribution, niche manufacturing, and healthcare services. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at TripleTree.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A in Finance and a second major in Mathematics.

Mr. Baracco joined Palladium in 2025 and serves as an Associate.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate at Bank of America’s Technology Investment Banking Group in Palo Alto, CA.

Mr. Baracco graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Beck joined Palladium in 2023 and serves as Vice President, Fundraising & Investor Relations.

Previously, Mr. Beck worked at Asante Capital Group Advisors LLC in private capital advisory and UBS Securities LLC in credit sales & trading.

He graduated cum laude from University of Richmond with a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting with a concentration in Finance.

Ms. Bushey joined Palladium in 2017 and serves as Office Operations Manager.

Previously, she served as the Marketing/Corporate Access Coordinator at Wunderlich Securities Inc. for seven years.

Prior to that, Ms. Bushey worked in the Institutional Equity Sales & Trading departments at both Kaufman Bros. L.P. and Brean Murray, Carret & Co.

Ms. Bushey graduated from Manhattanville College with a B.A. in Finance-Economics.

Ms. Camejo joined Palladium in 2022.

Previously, she worked as a Global Crisis and Issue Management Assistant Manager for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and as a Project Manager supporting drink innovation and machine development at Lavazza Professional.

Ms. Camejo graduated from Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications with a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in International Business.

Ms. D’Elia joined Palladium in 2022.

She previously held administrative roles at O’Melveny & Myers, LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Ms. D’Elia graduated from Grace Business School.

Ms. Dalton joined Palladium in 2000 and serves as Principal and Controller.

Previously, she worked as a Senior Accountant at Chase Global Investors Services, and prior to that she worked at Morgan Stanley Trust Company as an accounting associate.

Ms. Dalton earned a B.S. in accounting from Binghamton University School of Management.

Mr. Egofske joined Palladium in 2023 and serves as a Senior Associate.

Previously, he was an Associate in the Consumer and Food & Beverage Groups at Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Company, a middle-market investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Egofske worked in the M&A Transaction Advisory Services Group at BDO USA.

Mr. Egofske is a CPA and graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a B.S. in Accounting and Business Analytics.

Kathy Gardner joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as Head of People Operations.

Previously, she led North America business operations for Bridgepoint LLC, a global private equity firm. She served as a strategic partner to the European headquarters, managing all functions within human resources, finance, tax, legal and business operations.

Ms. Gardner earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.

Mr. Green joined Palladium in 2004 and serves as a Partner. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Citigroup.

Mr. Green serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Sky Zone, Daniel’s Jewelers, Del Real Foods, Jordan Skinny Mixes, and Fora Financial, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies ABRA, Daniel’s Jewelers, Capital Contractors, Clarion, and Herald National Bank.

He also serves on the Board at the non-profit Sarcoma Foundation of America. He earned a B.S. in Economics magna cum laude and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Harris joined Palladium in 2014 and serves as Administrative Manager.

She previously worked at Nomura Securities and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Harris earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Pace University.

Ms. Hendry joined Palladium in 2024 and serves as Associate, Fundraising & Investor Relations.

Previously, she worked as a Credit Risk Analyst and Global Investment Opportunities Associate at J.P. Morgan.

Ms. Hendry graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Ilundain joined Palladium in 2005 and serves as President and Co-Head of Funds.

Previously, he was an Investment Manager in the private equity division of BBVA. He began his career as an investment professional in the venture capital division of BBVA.

Mr. Ilundain currently serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac, Health Connect America, Quirch Foods, and Superior Environmental Solutions. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Aconcagua, Capital Contractors, Castro Cheese, Del Real Foods, Envoy Global, GoodWest, Jordan Health Services, Paragon, Taco Bueno, Teasdale, Trachte and TransForce. Mr. Ilundain also serves on the Board of Directors of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC).

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a B.S. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pública de Navarra (Spain), a B.S. in Engineering from Staffordshire University (UK), a Leadership Development diploma from Harvard Business School, a Management Development Program (PDD) diploma from IESE Business School (Spain) and a Master in Finance from BBVA Escuela de Finanzas (Spain).

Mr. Joseph joined Palladium in 2025 and serves as an Associate.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group at Harris Williams.

Mr. Joseph graduated from Bridgewater State University’s Ricciardi College of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.

Mr. Kirschner joined Palladium in 2016 and serves as a Managing Director.

Previously, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Prudential Capital Group. Mr. Kirschner serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Superior Environmental Solutions and Jordan’s Skinny Mixes. He has also served on the Board of Directors of former Palladium portfolio companies Accupac, GoodWest, Paragon, and Trachte.

Mr. Kirschner is a CFA and graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and Information Systems.

Ms. Lehman joined Palladium in 2022 as Partner, Palladium Heritage, after serving as a consultant to Palladium in 2021.

Prior to Palladium, Ms. Lehman was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Hilltop Private Capital, which she operated for six years as an Independent Sponsor. Before founding Hilltop, Ms. Lehman served as a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management.

She serves or has served on numerous public, private and not-for-profit boards, including the Robert Toigo Foundation.

Ms. Lehman earned a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Love joined Palladium in 2022 and currently is a Vice President. He serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Accupac, Source Logistics, and Jordan’s Skinny Mixes.

Previously, he worked as a Senior Associate at Arlington Capital Partners, where he focused on Industrial and Healthcare investments.

Mr. Love began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Rothschild.

He graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors.

Ms. Lyons joined Palladium at its inception in 1997, and serves as Partner of the Firm. Since 1989, she has worked in the private equity industry in Finance, Accounting and Operations roles.

Previously, she was with J.H. Whitney & Co. in their New York and Stamford, Connecticut offices and RFE Investment Partners in New Canaan, Connecticut.

Ms. Lyons earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.

Mr. MacDonald joined Palladium in 2022 as Principal, Palladium Heritage. He focuses on deal execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Prior to Palladium, Mr. MacDonald was a Principal at Lincolnshire Management.

He earned a B.A. from University of Richmond and an M.P.A. from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, with a concentration in Finance and Economic Policy.

Ms. Mitchell joined Palladium in 2021 as a Managing Director. Ms. Mitchell serves as CAO of the firm. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Envoy Global.

Prior to joining Palladium, Ms. Mitchell was a partner at O’Melveny & Myers, an international law firm founded in Los Angeles, California in 1885.

Before that, she was a partner at another international law firm and spent two years in the leverage finance group at CIBC World Markets.

She worked on numerous high-profile matters during her legal career, including representing the Governor of California in the PG&E case and Puerto Rico in its restructuring process.

She also has extensive experience building strong and cohesive teams, offices and practice groups throughout her career.

Ms. Mitchell earned a B.A. from Indiana University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Mitchell joined Palladium in 2023 as an Associate in Sustainability after completing a year-long internship with the firm.

Prior to joining Palladium, Mr. Mitchell worked as a Public Charities Specialist for the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General and as a AmeriCorps Team Member for City Year Boston. Mr. Mitchell also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University where he majored in History and Politics and minored in Psychology.

Mr. Mitchell holds a Masters of Public Affairs from the Indiana University O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs with concentrations in Policy Analysis and Sustainability & Sustainable Development.

Mr. Moss joined Palladium in 2022 and currently is a Senior Advisor on the Palladium Heritage team.

Prior to Palladium, Mr. Moss was a Partner at Hilltop Private Capital and before that, a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management. He earned a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management.

Ms. Nguyen joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Principal.

She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Source Logistics, Health Connect America, and Sky Zone. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies, Del Real Foods, and Accupac.

Previously, she worked as an Associate at WL Ross, where she focused on Industrial and Chemical investments.

Ms. Nguyen began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Smith College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ms. O’Grady joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as Director of Business Development. She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Daniel’s Jewelers.

Previously, she worked as Vice President and Head of Business Development in Mid-Cap Private Equity at KPS Capital Partners. Prior to KPS, Ms. O’Grady led the business development and sourcing efforts at Long Point Capital and was Senior Associate in the Fixed Income group at Goldman Sachs. She started her career at Ernst and Young as a Senior Analyst in the Derivatives Valuation Center.

Ms. O’Grady graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in Business Administration and earned an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Mr. Ortiz originally joined Palladium in 2006.

Mr. Ortiz serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Health Connect America and Quirch Foods. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium’s portfolio company, EverDriven.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Mr. Ortiz began his career as an Analyst in an internal M&A group of Banco Popular, executing principal investments and acquisitions in transaction processing and financial services companies in the U.S. and Latin America. He then served as an Associate with Advent-Morro Equity Partners, a San Juan-based private equity firm affiliated with Boston-based Advent International, where he invested in opportunities in healthcare services, business services, and manufacturing.

Mr. Ortiz earned a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Prime joined Palladium in 2024 and serves as an Associate.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Group at Lincoln International.

Mr. Prime graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish.

Mr. Reyes joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as Managing Director and Head of Value Creation. He leads the firm’s value creation agenda, including Sustainability, Generative AI, and Operational Excellence, as well as other portfolio-wide priorities.

Mr. Reyes has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, M&A, and Energy/Infrastructure. Most recently, he served as a Principal in the Asset Management Company Division at the International Finance Corporation (“IFC”), where he worked on the African Latin American Fund. In that role, he managed investments across multiple sectors and served on behalf of IFC in several board capacities. He also led the design and launch of the IFC Equity Tracker Fund and was an IC member of the IFC Mexico Fund.

Before joining IFC, Mr. Reyes held several senior roles at BP plc in London, most recently as a Director in the M&A Group. He began his career at the World Bank Group as an Evaluation Analyst in the Operations Evaluation Division.

Mr. Reyes holds a B.A. in Economics from the Universitat de Barcelona, a Master’s in International Public Policy from George Mason University, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he received a full fellowship by the Fundación Rafael del Pino.

Mr. Reymond joined Palladium in 2000.

He serves as Vice Chairman and is a Partner of the Firm. Mr. Reymond serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Paragon. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Hibernia Communications LLC, a Palladium portfolio company in the radio industry. He is a former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom Broadcast Group and Viacom Interactive Media. Prior to Viacom, Mr. Reymond worked at Westinghouse Broadcasting as the Vice President of Acquisitions Analysis.

Mr. Reymond began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions for clients in the media and entertainment industry. He has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Haden, Prince International, Syntiro and TransForce. He also serves on the Executive Board at the non-profit Friends of American Revolution at West Point. Mr. Reymond also serves on the board of One-Story, a non-profit literary magazine, as well as the board of the Palisades Park Conservancy.

Mr. Reymond earned a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova and is a CPA.

Mr. Rodriguez founded Palladium in 1997 and serves as Chairman and CEO.

Prior to forming Palladium, Mr. Rodriguez was a partner of Joseph Littlejohn & Levy, a buyout firm that he joined in 1989.

Before launching his private equity career, he worked in operations for General Electric Company in the U.S., Mexico and France, and graduated from GE’s Manufacturing Management Program.

Mr. Rodriguez  has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies ABRA, Castro Cheese, Daniel’s Jewelers, Jordan Health Services, Second Nature Brands, Teasdale, Taco Bueno, Trachte, TransForce and Wise Foods, among others. Mr. Rodriguez serves on the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian, the University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. He also serves on the Boards of the Robert Toigo Foundation and the Alfred E. Smith Foundation.

He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Rostant joined Palladium in 2017.

She previously held administrative roles at Scripps Networks Interactive, NYU Langone Medical Center, DailyMe, Inc. and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.

Mr. Schnur joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as Senior Portfolio Associate.

Previously, he worked in the Real Estate Finance group at The Blackstone Group. He began his career in the Controllers Pricing and Valuation group at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Schnur graduated from Binghampton University’s School of Management with a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, and a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Shebitz joined Palladium in 2006 and serves as a Partner.

Previously, he worked for the mergers and acquisitions group at Banc of America Securities, where he advised on a variety of transactions. Mr. Shebitz serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Health Connect America, Kymera and Spice World, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies EverDriven, American Gilsonite, Prince International and QMax.

Mr. Shebitz graduated cum laude from Union College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He also earned a Master of Science focused on transitional economies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
