Ms. Milanov joined Palladium in 2018 and serves as a Senior Tax Manager.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Milanov was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Financial Service Tax practice where she managed the US tax compliance of large private equity clients, addressing tax issues related to their inbound and outbound investments.
She began her career in the real estate tax practice at PricewatehouseCoopers LLP, where she oversaw the tax compliance of real estate clients.
Ms. Milanov received a B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College, and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

Ms. Mitchell joined Palladium in 2021 as a Managing Director. Ms. Mitchell serves as CAO of the firm. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Envoy Global.
Prior to joining Palladium, Ms. Mitchell was a partner at O’Melveny & Myers, an international law firm founded in Los Angeles, California in 1885.
Before that, she was a partner at another international law firm and spent two years in the leverage finance group at CIBC World Markets.
She worked on numerous high-profile matters during her legal career, including representing the Governor of California in the PG&E case and Puerto Rico in its restructuring process.
She also has extensive experience building strong and cohesive teams, offices and practice groups throughout her career.
Ms. Mitchell earned a B.A. from Indiana University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Moss joined Palladium in 2022 as Managing Director, Palladium Heritage, after serving as a consultant to Palladium in 2021.
His primary focus is deal origination and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Prior to Palladium, Mr. Moss was a Partner at Hilltop Private Capital and before that, a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management, where he focused on origination.
He earned a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management.

Ms. Nguyen joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Vice President.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Health Connect America and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Accupac.
Previously, she worked as an Associate at WL Ross, where she focused on Industrial and Chemical investments.
Ms. Nguyen began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Smith College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Consumer, Food and Beverage, Restaurants and Retail M&A Groups at Kroll.

Ms. O’Connell joined Palladium in 2015 and serves as Director of Fundraising and Investor Relations.
Previously, she worked as a Risk Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Before that, she was a Valuation and Business Modeling Analyst in the Transaction Advisory Services group at EY.
Ms. O’Connell graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Economics.

Ms. O’Grady joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as Director of Business Development. She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Daniel’s Jewelers.
Previously, she worked as Vice President and Head of Business Development in Mid-Cap Private Equity at KPS Capital Partners. Prior to KPS, Ms. O’Grady led the business development and sourcing efforts at Long Point Capital and was Senior Associate in the Fixed Income group at Goldman Sachs. She started her career at Ernst and Young as a Senior Analyst in the Derivatives Valuation Center.
Ms. O’Grady graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in Business Administration and earned an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Mr. Reyes joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Managing Director, Co-Head of Sustainability.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Paragon. Mr. Reyes has more than 20 years’ experience in private equity, M&A, and energy commodities trading. Most recently, he was at the International Finance Corporation serving as a Principal in the African, Latin American Fund (ALAC), where he held a number of board positions, as well as the Head of the Direct Equity Tracker Fund.
Prior to his time at the IFC, Mr. Reyes held several senior positions at BP plc in London, with his last role being Director of the M&A Group. He began his career as an Evaluation Analyst at the Operations Evaluation Division at the World Bank Group.
Mr. Reyes holds a B.A. in Economics from the Universidad de Barcelona, a Masters in International Public Policy from George Mason University, and an M.B.A from the Yale School of Management.

Mr. Reymond joined Palladium in 2000.
He serves as Vice Chairman and is a Partner of the Firm. Mr. Reymond serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Paragon. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Hibernia Communications LLC, a Palladium portfolio company in the radio industry. He is a former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom Broadcast Group and Viacom Interactive Media. Prior to Viacom, Mr. Reymond worked at Westinghouse Broadcasting as the Vice President of Acquisitions Analysis.
Mr. Reymond began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions for clients in the media and entertainment industry. He has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Haden, Prince International, Syntiro and TransForce. He also serves on the Executive Board at the non-profit Friends of American Revolution at West Point. Mr. Reymond also serves on the board of One-Story, a non-profit literary magazine, as well as the board of the Palisades Park Conservancy.
Mr. Reymond earned a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova and is a CPA.

Mr. Rodriguez founded Palladium in 1997 and serves as Chairman and CEO.
Prior to forming Palladium, Mr. Rodriguez was a partner of Joseph Littlejohn & Levy, a buyout firm that he joined in 1989.
Before launching his private equity career, he worked in operations for General Electric Company in the U.S., Mexico and France, and graduated from GE’s Manufacturing Management Program.
Mr. Rodriguez serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company TransForce. He has served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies ABRA, Castro Cheese, Daniel’s Jewelers, Jordan Health Services, Second Nature Brands, Teasdale, Taco Bueno, Trachte and Wise Foods, among others. Mr. Rodriguez serves on the Board of Trustees of New York-Presbyterian, the University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. He also serves on the Boards of the Robert Toigo Foundation and the Alfred E. Smith Foundation.
He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.

Previously, he worked in the Real Estate Finance group at The Blackstone Group. He began his career in the Controllers Pricing and Valuation group at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. Schnur graduated from Binghampton University’s School of Management with a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, and a B.S. in Accounting.

Ms. Shah joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer, after serving as a Legal Secondee to Palladium in 2021.

Mr. Shebitz joined Palladium in 2006 and serves as a Partner.
Previously, he worked for the mergers and acquisitions group at Banc of America Securities, where he advised on a variety of transactions. Mr. Shebitz serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies Health Connect America, Kymera and Spice World, and has previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio companies EverDriven, American Gilsonite, Prince International and QMax.
Mr. Shebitz graduated cum laude from Union College, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He also earned a Master of Science focused on transitional economies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Spina joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining Palladium, Mr. Spina was an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers, an international law firm, where he advised large companies, investment firms and lenders in restructuring and distressed M&A transactions. During his time at O’Melveny, Mr. Spina worked on numerous high-profile matters, including representing the Government of Puerto Rico in the Island’s debt restructuring process.
Prior to that, he worked an another international law firm and also interned for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs, who serves as a federal judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Mr. Spina earned a B.S. from Manhattan College, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, graduating with honors from both institutions.

Ms. Wong joined Palladium in 2017. She serves as Chief Financial Officer and is a Partner of the Firm.
Previously, she was the Head of Tax Finance at Apollo Global Management LLC. Before joining Apollo, Ms. Wong worked at KKR & Co LP as Vice President of Tax and served as a Tax Director at Sony specializing in partnership deals in the entertainment and electronic manufacturing and gaming areas, as well as public company reporting.
Ms. Wong began her career in tax at Arthur Andersen, advising clients in the real estate industry. Ms. Wong serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of The Association of Asian American Investment Managers (AAAIM) and the NY Chapter advisory board for the non-profit African Children’s Choir.
Ms. Wong received her B.B.A. in Public Accounting and M.S. in Taxation from Pace University and is a CPA.
